Filtration trials:- (we are totally independent and do not have filter distributorships). If you have a filter that you have been told is the same or is simply "good" we can test it for you. We use the best filter for the job based on extensive trials.
Microscopic examination of wear particles. Our laboratory tests for particles to below 0.5 microns, water, % solids, ISO codes, filterability. Independent laboratories are used for other tests.
Trials currently in progress: Treating engine oil for re-use without re-refining. Testing various particle removal methods including oil pressure centrifuges, various types of filters. Laser particle counting vs patch test variances.
