Welcome to Oil Clean Services, the Perth and Western Australia (WA)'s specialist in fluid treatment and oil cleaning.

We specialise in cleaning / reclamation / rejuvenation / reconditioning of oils and offer related products and services. This extends fluid life, reduces waste and the cost of replacement, helps the environment. We can reduce your expenditure on fluids by up to 50%, in a large company that can mean millions of dollars.

We are different because we aim to get the used fluids back to their original use thereby minimising the impact on the environment and saving you money on waste and fluid replacement costs. We also offer advice on how to minimise these related costs.

Most of the fluids / used oils  we treat are batch processed at our factory in Wangara and returned to the customer for reuse.

We grade the rest of the rejuvenated oils after cleaning and testing and sell them as recycled lubricants / reconditioned oils.

We mainly filter, clean and recondition hydraulic 68 oil, hydraulic 46 oil, gear oil and chainsaw bar oil. We also offer on-site cleaning.

We may also offer to buy unused fluids, hydraulic oils that are in sealed drums if you no longer require them. Used oils may also be in this category if in good condition. Don't send any oil to waste or auction until we talk first. We may take used oils away at no charge!

Examples of waste oils that can be successfully treated: Hydraulic oils, lube oils, compressor oil, thermal oil, diesel, synthetic fluids, quench oil, transmission oil, mould oil, food grade oil, water glycols, EP gear oils. Other fluids: Solvents, cleaning fluids. We do not currently recycle used black engine oils.

In conjunction with our in-house testing we also utilise oil laboratories and occasionally chemists to optimise processes. Please contact us if you have a challenge for us. Don't assume it cannot be done! In 99% of cases it is totally safe to clean and re-use your oil. Talk to us about your application.

In most cases we can provide fast estimates to manufacture equipment or to treat the oil. This can then be followed up with a full proposal. 

We also supply new oils, associated chemicals and lube equipment: Engine oils 15W40 CF4 & CI4, Agritrans 10W30, gear box oil, Hydraulic 68, hydraulic 46 and DEX III Transmission oil . These are available at our factory.

Austec meets the specifications but is made from cheaper oils (golden colour)
